Seascape Photography – Low-Light & Long Exposure – Roving Photographic Academy Evening. We’re taking advantage of the lovely, lighter longer, but, hopefully nicer weather Evenings and getting out and about with our cameras to capture Llandudno and its long, circular bay, the promenade and pier (from Promenade) and the sea in low-light conditions after the sun has set.  At this Welshot Roving Photographic Academy Evening, based in Llandudno, we will be shooting long exposures – from the Prom to the Pier itself. We will also be capturing traffic trails, grade one and two listed building all lit up and learning how to show your environment around you in one perfect image.

Shooting in low light can be challenging – Tonight you will be learning how to each element of the exposure triangle (ISO / Shutter / Aperture) to create your image.  Understanding the exposure triangle is an important part of knowing how to use your camera, especially when shooting in low light.  Learning how to use your shutter speeds and exposure times with the ambient (natural light) will help to create a variety of looks in your photographs. At this low-light and long exposure seascape photography workshop you will be capturing and creating unique and inspiring images to be proud of.

Seascape, Sunset & Low-Light Photography in New Brighton

It’s here!  British Summertime and that means the longer, lighter evenings make for some great photography but also a chance to try those low-light and long exposures after we’ve caught the sunset at our Seascape, Sunset & Low-Light Photography in New Brighton Roving Academy Evening.  We will be meeting at fort Perch Rock at the end of the New Brighton promenade which is where we will start the evenings proceedings.  Learn how to capture the dynamic, powerful movement of the water or make those waves milky smooth with long exposures.  For those who love macro photography there will be rockpools and nature abound.

It’s time to blow those Winter cobwebs away and our Seascape and Sunset Photography at fort Perch Rock at the end of the New Brighton promenade is guaranteed to do just that.  This day will delight the photographer who loves the great outdoors but with a few creature comforts close at hand.  This fun filled day with Welshot for you and your camera will provide it all.  From lighthouses to rock pools to, from street photography (if that’s your jam) to stormy seas and a spectacular sunset (fingers crossed) complete with blue hour – This afternoon will have it all for the photographer.  Join us for an afternoon of photography in New Brighton on Wirral where we will be giving our cameras a great workout. From capturing seascapes to skylines, from pirate ships to fairy gardens (and a chance to practice your macro photography) we promise you it will be worth the effort.  Remember those creature comforts we mentioned?  Why indulge (or reward) yourself with some delicious fish and chips if you feel so inclined.  We know we will be!
