Our three lighthouse challenge has always been a popular photographic event, circumnavigating the Isle of Anglesey in North Wales. Grab your camera, pull on your walking boots, we are off on a photographic adventure deep in the heart of Snowdonia, North Wales. On this WelshotRewards Day, Welshot Team Leader Helen Iles will be leading a gentle walk along the Glaslyn river, starting in the picturesque village of Beddgelert and helping YOU to get the best out of YOUR camera. From Long exposures to abstract water compositions to macro and close-up photography, this day has it all for the photographer.

What could be better than walking the walls of Chester City with your camera. If you have missed getting out and about with your camera and enjoying the company of those who have a passion for photography then this is the event for you. Meeting at the historical cross on Watergate Street, Chester the Welshot Team lead a small group of photographers in this Welshot Mini Module – complete with a masterclass in architectural photography & how to shoot for HDR (High Dynamic Range).

Llandudno, the perfect location for a Welshot photo-walk with a twist. Grab you cameras, we are off on a treasure hunt with a difference. Known as the Queen of the Welsh Resorts, the ever-popular seaside town of Llandudo in North Wales, is a hive of history and memories with connections to Lewis Carroll who wrote Alice in Wonderland. Llandudno, home to a mining settlement turned thriving tourist hotspot and is famous for its Victorian architecture and stunning scenery and seaside promenade make for a perfect location for the photographer who wants to get out and about with their camera.

After the success of the 2019 “Shortest Night” we will, once again, be running this, not so short, non-stop night of photography. Circumnavigating Anglesey and Snowdonia” – starting in Llanberis with a picnic supper in the evening and finishing at breakfast, both of which are included in the cost of this event. Shooting for nearly 15 hours solid.  Most of the 2019 delegates are already pre-booked onto this event so spaces are already limited.
