When you book our studio, you’ll be welcomed by professional photographer, Eifion Williams, who will guide, support and help you on using the equipment and offer tips to help you get the best results.

What’s included:
A Welshot Studio Day is the ideal solution for businesses that need regular, professional-quality images but don’t have the budget to hire a photographer for every shoot. With our studio, you’re in control of the creative process – giving you the flexibility and freedom to create content as and when you need it.
- A 6-hour session in the Welshot creative studio. You will have the freedom and space to set up different scenarios whether you want to take product shots, head shots or even film social media content.
- Access to professional lighting, and other photographic equipment to ensure your products are shown off in the best possible way.
- Usage of backgrounds and props to add extra interest and life to your images.
- The reassurance of having professional photographer, Eifion Williams on hand to help, support, and guide.
What you will take away:
At the end of the day, you will leave with a set of professional-looking photographs which you can use on your website, social media and in your marketing materials with minimal editing. You will also have all the video footage you could possibly need for your social media.
Please note, if you wish to have specific tuition and/or advice on capturing video this can be arranged for an additional cost.
You will also have the skills to produce a set of images yourself, either in your own environment or within the Welshot Creative Hub on subsequent visits.
All at a fraction of the price of hiring a professional photographer.
After your initial first studio hire day, Welshot will be able to offer you the option of hiring our studio, equipment, and props at a reduced rate with the option of having Eifion on hand for support, or guidance should you feel you need it.
This is for you if:
- You’re looking for a pocket-friendly way of producing excellent-quality images for your brand or business.
- You want the creative freedom to shoot your own images but need a flexible studio space with professional lighting and props.
- You know the basics of how to use your camera.
- You have the confidence to take control of a shoot but would like the reassurance of Eifion being on hand for basic tuition (specific to content you are creating) support and guidance
This is not for you if:
- You have no basic knowledge of how your camera works.
- You would like to learn how to use your camera for stills and/or video.

What if I need extra help?
If you’d like additional advice on creating content for your social media channels, or even have someone in the studio with you to film behind-the-scenes footage for you to use on Instagram and TikTok, then Welshot Photographic has an in-house social media specialist who can work with you.

The studio, and support is yours for 6 hours. Usually Monday to Friday and starting at 10.00am and finishing at 4:00pm

If you need to learn your camera you will need to book the “One-to-One Tuition” package before you can hire our studio to create your content.
- Bring your camera, lenses and any accessories you have.wha
- Bring any products or props that you need to photograph.
- Have a plan for the day and what you want to achieve in order to maximise your time at the studio.
We’ll put the kettle on in anticipation of your arrival. Tea, coffee and biscuits are included in your session.
There is free and paid parking close by depending on availability.
