Our Model(s) will be posing against the beautiful backdrop of the Menai Straits and the foothills of the Snowdonia mountain ranges\,  and helping you to create and make some great portrait images using off camera flash as well as using the available natural light.  From simple and elegant headshots on the pier\, to dramatic and creative poses and splashing on the beach this event will be perfect for those who want to learn the techniques and skills required to capture some stunning portraits.    \n\n\n\nThe Welshot Team will be at hand throughout this Piers & Portraits – Off Camera Flash Photography session to assist and help you get the best from your camera\, so you can leave at the end of this session with memory cards full of beautiful photographs and great memories.  This event is suitable for complete beginners\, photographers who want to expand their skills or those who just wish to build their portfolio.   \n\n\n\nPlease Note:  A light supper is included in the cost of this event. DESCRIPTION:What Will Happen\n\n\n\nSeascapes and Sunsets – What more could the photographer want.  Tonight at the Welshot Photographic Roving Academy Evening we will be in the picturesque location of Rhos on Sea\, Colwyn Bay\, North Wales where we will walk along the promenade that follows the vast sweep from Old Colwyn to Penrhyn Bay.  There will be plenty to keep the photographer and camera busy\, from sailing boats in the man-made harbour\, shooting long exposures to street and creative photography. \n\n\n\nAs well as seascapes and sunsets\, we will\, for those who would like a bit of inspiration or want to think a little differently – have a challenge for you – to create a photographic brochure of Rhos on Sea from a tourists point of view.  We will also have a masterclass covering how to capture a sunset and long exposures.   \n\n\n\nThe Welshot Team will be at hand throughout this session to assist and help you get the best from your camera\, so you can leave at the end of this session with memory cards full of beautiful photographs and great memories. \n\n\n\nPlease Note:  No food or drink is included in the cost of this event and this is a fully outdoor event – please make sure you come dressed appropriately. On this WelshotRewards Day\, Welshot Team Leader Helen Iles will be leading a gentle walk along the Glaslyn river\, starting in the picturesque village of Beddgelert and helping YOU to get the best out of YOUR camera.  From Long exposures to abstract water compositions to macro and close-up photography\, this day has it all for the photographer.       \n\n\n\nBeddgelert is named after the fable of Gelert the dog. We will be visiting the memorial\, photographing the river and exploring long exposure and abstract water compositions. If conditions allow we will walk to the gorgeous Aberglaslyn bridge to capture the iconic gorge.
